We offer training for complete beginner's all the way through competitive level training and doubles tricks.... learning tricks such as Starfish, Death Lay and lots of other gravity defying moves. We teach BOTH static and spinning pole tricks and are known for our crazy yet amazing spinning pole tricks/combinations.
Each 90 min class begins with our unique conditioning and stretching warm up designed to constantly increase strength and flexibility. Afterwards, each student will spend time reviewing moves you haven't perfected yet and throwing in new moves too. Tricks are taught through our structured program designed to progress students through a proper progression of movements to build up safely and effectively while allowing students to work at their own pace. At the end of each class students will freestyle dance to 2 full songs to practice putting things together and have fun with what they've worked so hard on. After freestyle students are given the opportunity to do some gentle stretching to cool down.
