Pizza makers #1!!!
I'll bring a Mama Mimi's veggie.
Great line- up so far. I updated the second post on page one to include everything mentioned so far. Keep 'em coming.
Not sure what we're going to bring yet. We try to change it up every time. We've brought Minuteman, Cafe Napolitana, Dewey's, and Pastaria Flatbread before. Time to think up something else tasty for this one. ;)
If anyone is looking for ideas - some pies I would like to try / see at PGP.

Dave from Webercam will be at PGP with his modified Weber Grill Pizza oven. If you want to go Iron Chef with him and bring your own mystery ingredient I am sure he will play along - just make sure it is something people would really want to eat.
The countdown begins.........
A note from Chef Dave about Iron Chef ingredients:
I am currently in the middle of a validation run using Stubbs lump charcoal (and I'm conditioning an extra stone in preparation). I'm getting a good consistent 700F in on the clay surface and am prepared to be cooking about 20 or so Margheritas.
Toppings will only be used if they're precooked (otherwise they'll sog out the crust). I cannot wait! My wife and daughter are even coming for a while.
The spamcasting ends, but wanted to add this link about Dave's weber pizza.

CoreModels....calling Coremodels....Are you coming?
I don't know what I'm bringing yet, but I'll be there
we'll be there with homemade.
I'm still a tossup between homemade and maybe Plank's on Parsons... hrmmm...
I'm going to attempt to take a studio break and actually make it to one of these. I don't know what I'll bring yet though. Probably something from the grandview-ish area, I'll take suggestions.
Oddly, we never ate much Plank's when we lived in GV. We live on the Near East Side now (which is lacking in good pizza) and since it's a pretty quick shot down Parsons to grab some Plank's to go, it's become our go-to place when we don't feel like making pizza at home. :D
The whole Grand Prix concept sounds great. I can't wait until I have some money and can rejoin the world of the living.
I'll bring an Easy Street Greek.
Between the generosity of Webercam (up to 20 pizzas) and some places that are delivering some free pies we have more pizzas than people confirmed.
If you are on the fence about attending because you are afraid of being judged based on the pizza you choose or can't fork out the cash for one pizza I can help you. I have instituted the PGP IV scholarship program - three lucky people can PM me to come as they are without a pizza.
DavidF.... this is your shot.
Very nice of you Jim!
We've got a decent response via Facebook as well, so I'm guessing we're going to have more people show up this time around who just haven't announced their pizza selections in advance. Which is fine. I don't think anyone is going to complain about too much overlap. :D
I'll bring Panzera's
