which lifestyles? i can suggest some if you go to henderson or mill run

Depends. I used to sell packages and most other trainers I know will do a bulk discount which is beneficial to you to get you to show up when you are scheduled to stick with the program and so that you do not book with a trainer and blow them off...not cool.

50-60 per hour long session is pretty standard

You should try the kickboxing place in the Brewery District (next to BW3's). People in my building have been raving about how great it is. I think it's about $60/month for unlimited classes. They do free trials too.

i go to the one downtown. i know they told me in the beginning (when you get three free sessions) but i wasn't paying attention because i knew i couldn't afford it. i'm pretty sure i still can't afford it but i figured i'd look into it.

i do rpm (cycling) at lff and used to take bodypump (kind of a weight-lifting aerobics) and yoga - i need to start taking these two again. the bodypump class is fantastic.

i'm kind of a workout freak so i was going to suggest them, but it sounds like you already know what you like.
i get super bored with my workout every couple of weeks so i try to switch it up, i haven't taken a class in awhile.

i need to get back into yoga and bodypump and then maybe all this personal trainer talk won't be necessary. and then maybe instead i can hire someone to stand at my desk and yell at me when i try to eat candy all day.

Do any of you belong to the Lifestyle downtown? That would be the closest to my place if I joined, but I'm wondering about parking. Is there parking available?

i've been there once. its a parking garage. i don't think you have to pay for it.

i go there. i normally go after work so meters are free and i never have a problem getting one.
you get discounted parking in the lot but its like $1.50/hour or something so i don't bother with it unless i'm late for a class and i can't find anything close.

you have to pay to park. you can park at the meters(free after 6), in the 5/3 building lot, think you can get it partly validated, or city center lot.

If you park in 5/3 get out before 9pm. Learned the hard way it's fuggin $3 after 9. Sheesh!

i could have sworn we got validated when i parked in the garage.
it was late though, like 8 pm
omg i'm a post whore

I'd be happy to call any of you during your workouts and yell at you for being weak, pathetic nothings who need to keep working out or else I'll come kick your booties. Totally free.

Excellent! Now that I know I can at least park maybe I will join.
