The Paul McCartney Roast-Tribute Show is a sendup to the confusing influence of the wonky, hard-working, socially-conscious, creative-sage of local comic-producer / performance activist and Master of Ceremonies Zachariah Baird. The show honors the still living, once great, now legendary musician who, after the leaving the Beatles, used his creative license to form Wings, essentially saying to the world: "I am Paul McCartney. This is what goes on inside my head. Band on the Run!" Local comedians, musicians, and visual artists will spend the night re-envisioning Sir Paul's all too strange and often forgotten influences on our world. In Zachariah's words "If people were more like Paul McCartney, I would smile a lot more, and the world would be a much funnier, caring place. Please come to the show."
