Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.
Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. His publicist says he died with his family at his side.
He was the star of such movies as "Ghost," "Dirty Dancing," and "Road House." Swayze was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1991.

When you get right down to it, the man could dance, seemed to be a very devoted husband, was in a lot of iconic movies, and yeah... he was a little over-the-top with it, and that just made it more fun.

I tried the curly hair thing too...and tell me how many pairs of the rolled up jean shorts you had.
At last count, I'd seen that movie easily 120+ times.
I'd petition for a 24 hour Dirty Dancing movie channel. All DD, all the time...except for maybe an evening of The Outsiders and Roadhouse Sunday. Is that so much for a gal to ask?
