In every election reporters do the same schtick while covering the candidates at their personal polling places.
It usually goes like this:
"Senator! Who didyou vote for?"
Then the candidate gets all lolzy and gives a cute one-liner about voting for himself.
Totally hack? Yes.
BUT!!!!
Palin was asked who she voted for and she pulled a "I'm exercising my right to privacy and not disclosing who I voted for"
Can I get a "WTF"?

Just read that the "who did you vote for" question was refering to embattled Alaska Senator Ted Stevens. So I can now see why she didn't answer. It would have been an endorsement for the convicted felon Stevens or a repudiation of her own party.
It did look for a while like Palin was Dick Cheney-ette there.

If she had (or just claimed to have) given a handjob to the person in the booth next to her, I would have gone back to the polling place to change my vote.
Reporters are idiots and should be treated as such.

A lot of the ones at Thompson were about 1/5 the age of the ones in previous years.

those people are annoying, especially this year. same party kept showing up about every other day.
"who are you voting for? can we get your support for our candidate?"
I give the same answer: I'd rather keep that information private.
Its an awkward interaction and I dont like it. And what is their purpose for tracking who you are, where you live and who you are voting for. Its nunya! Nunya f_c^in bizness!
Next time, I think I will answer: No, I'm too stupid to know who to vote for, why don't you tell me who to vote for, mmhhkay?
