USC fans were especially delighted to stumble upon such a party as a matter of fact.

Yeah, I thought it was great with all the football fans during the day. Got to interact with a bunch of sweet Trojan fans. I don't know much about Miami, but hopefully they will all be as cool.
Opening shift was a good time for the wrist-banding!

We're less than one month away from Pabst Blue Rendezvous: Part Deux! The party is going down on Saturday, Sept. 11th from 2-8PM in the Short North Ibiza lot at 830 N. High St.
Bands, artists, vendors, sponsors, all that fun stuff to be announced within the next week or so. When you hear the things we have planned I think you'll agree this is gonna be a really fun time and a positive thing for the community! I'm very excited!

Pabst Blue Rendezvous: Part Deux! will feature 11 bands rotating on two stages, 6 local artists creating live art "inspired by PBR", food, beer and games.
I'm excited to announce that we'll have food provided this year by Rad Dog, fOODIE cART (the AWESOME Japanese Crepe Cart!), Jeni's Ice Cream and Pattycake Bakery!
We'll be announcing the band line-ups very shortly. Along with some other fun details.
I'd also like to acknowledge some of the radical local businesses that have partnered up with us on this endeavor - without their help and support (and obvious love for Columbus art and music) it simply would not be nearly as cool of an event – so, HUGE thank you's to: Paradise Garage, Surly Girl Saloon, Bodega, Evolved Body Art, Kobo, Wholly Craft, Central City Recording, Red Eye Booths and American Canvas!

Also, wanted to let you guys know that we're printing up some super cool "Official" PBR: Part Deux! Eco-friendly t-shirts, designed by the most excellent Lonny Hurley and printed by American Canvas, that will be given out for free to the first 200 attendees of the fest. So, no dilly-dallying if'n you want one.

OK, friends: S.O.S.! I still need a few more volunteers to make this PBR party on Sept. 11th run for real. It's a great chance to get out in the community, meet new people, have some laughs.
I need 2 more kind people from 10AM-1PM to help set-up tables and chairs and pop-up tents (and eat donuts).
I need 2 people from 2-5PM to sit at the raffle table and sign people up with a smile (and drink beer and listen to good music while they are doing it).
From 5-8PM, I need 3 people to check I.D.'s at the door and 1 person to pour beer and 2 people to sit at the raffle table.
Finally, I need 2 more friendly folks from 8-9PM to help take down those pop-up tents and tables and stuff.
In return, you will receive some free beer, some sweet PBR swag, a warm embrace from me (totally optional) and A GUARANTEED GREAT TIME!

Super-excited for Urban Scrawl tomorrow and our party in two weeks!
Here are the bands playing the Rendezvous this year: Mr. Fahrenheit and The Loverboys, Pomegranates, Andrew Graham and Swarming Branch, Psychedelic Horseshit, Super Desserts, Terribly Empty Pockets, You’re So Bossy, Tree of Snakes, Obviouslies, Maza Blaska and Nathan Del Snell and the Country Sound.
And here are the artists who will be creating live art throughout the day: Coreroc, Dan Gerdeman, Aaron Troyer, Sharon Dorsey and Cole Carnevale.
