This Wednesday and Friday
Nutrition Services will hold its second annual Farmer’s Market,
Wednesday (July 22), in the grotto at UH East and Friday (July 24) outside of Rhodes Hall, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Offerings will include roasted corn with cilantro and chipotle butters (buck-n-ear), homemade gazpacho, sac o’salsa with fresh ingredients, recipe cards and a cooking demonstration.
On Friday...
The Farmer’s Market on Friday will also sell fresh produce from the Dodd Hall garden, which will benefit patient programs at Dodd.
Gazpacho will also be sold at Seasons Express at 660 Ackerman Road and the Martha Morehouse Medical Plaza, Pavilion.
