We have a Raychem snow melter of indeterminate age at the office. It has now partly quit working. Preliminary sleuthing indicates either a bad relay or bad sensor. Problem is that I can find neither the expertise or the parts in Columbus. The current vendor had never seen anything like it before.
Is there an electrical salvage company around that I might be able to find the relays? Does anyone know anyone who has experience with these old systems?
I shut down system completely down and I can live without it, but it would be nice to have the snow melting back for the front walkway.
