Only Love Beats Butter: Making Butter with Warren Taylor
North Market Dispatch Kitchen
59 Spruce Street, Columbus
Saturday, January 29, or Saturday, February 12, 10 a.m.–noon
Free of charge (reservation required)
Simply put, Warren Taylor is a force of nature. His boundless energy and passion are engaging and inspiring; they led National Public Radio to refer to him as a "one-man insurgency" against the conventional dairy industry. His company, Snowville Creamery, produces "milk the way it used to be"â€â€from grass-fed cows, pasteurized at very low temperature. Snowville sells milk no more than 48 hours after it leaves the cow and sends representatives to whisk it off of the shelves before it goes bad.
This event is a rare opportunity to come to the North Market, meet Warren, and have him show you how to make butter out of Snowville’s creamâ€â€for free. And as Warren himself puts it, "Only love beats butter."
