My fiance and I more or less inherited his aunt's house recently, but before we can move in, we need to find someone to move into our one bedroom apartment downtown. We're preparing to move as I type, and you could move in as soon as 2 or 3 weeks from now if needed!
It's in the Belmont Apartments, which is a small group of apartments on Town Street. We're across the street from the Kelton House and a block away from the Old Deaf School Park. Walking distance to Franklin University, CCAD, Capital Law and Columbus State.
The apartment is moderately sized (I don't know the square footage). Second floor, on the corner with a large storage closet. Cats allowed for free, no dogs (sorry). You pay for rent ($500), electricity (we pay $35-40 on average with 2 computer's running constantly) and cable/internet if you want it. The apartment manager is very friendly (knows everyone by name) and gets things taken care of promptly.
If you're interested, please call Andy, our apartment manager, at 614-461-9441 to schedule a viewing. He has asked that I emphasize the need for GOOD CREDIT!
PM me if you have any questions about the apartment. I've lived here for 4 years, but we just can't pass up this opportunity to take this house!
**EDIT: I forgot to mention - there are 2 washers and dryers in the building...and you can use your credit card if needed (no quarters required!) Also in the laundry room are storage closets. My fiance and I have a closet that we'd keep reserved for you if you want (you'd need a lock for it, though).
