YouTubeWe tried selling this little gem of a house a couple years ago when the market hit the skids. We ended up keeping it and renting it to some friends. It's a great little house (1400 SF), a block off High Street on a highly owner-occupied street. And until April you can get an $8,000 tax break if you are a first-time buyer. It was our first house and we lived there very happily for 11 years until we lost our minds and decided to completely renovate one in Harrison West and moved to the Short North.
