State Rep. Clayton Luckie indicted on 49 charges

State Rep. Clayton Luckie is facing 49 charges tied to campaign expenditures. The Democrat from Dayton was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury, according to a Wednesday announcement by Edward Hanko, special agent in charge of the Cincinnati Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien.
