    State Rep. Clayton Luckie indicted on 49 charges

    State Rep. Clayton Luckie is facing 49 charges tied to campaign expenditures. The Democrat from Dayton was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury, according to a Wednesday announcement by Edward Hanko, special agent in charge of the Cincinnati Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien.

    Ohio GOP Chair Wants Democratic Lawmaker To Resign

    Ohio’s Republican Party chairman is joining calls for an indicted Democratic state lawmaker to resign. State Rep. Clayton Luckie, a four-term Dayton Democrat, was indicted in October on 49 charges of theft, corruption and money laundering. He is out on bond awaiting trial Dec. 20.

    Former Ohio Lawmaker Gets 3 Years In Prison
