Impressive win last night against Syracuse. Next up #16 Texas A&M in the NIT Season Tip-Off championship game, then on Wednesday against UNC here in Columbus. Mannn... I wish I had tickets for that one.
This year's squad obviously won't be like last year's, but I think we're very underrated. We have a good core group of players, and if Koufos continues to play big like he has in these first couple of games, we should be able to go far.
Oh and we got Florida at home this year too! :twisted:

In all reality, had Lawson played it would have been much worse. We wouldn't have been able to hold them to only 66 points.
My new boyfriend, Kosta, could not buy a basket which prompted me to scream at the tele for pretty much the whole 2nd half. I blame him for my high blood pressure this morning at the doctor's office :)
The inability to put points on the board was also evident in the TAMU game. Maybe *fingers-crossed* it's just a dry spell (it is early), but I was really hoping they would break in to the Top 25 before the end of the year. Bummer...

So I met Alan Major last night. Very nice and total hottie!! I stamped it that we will continue to lay low until March, i.e not break in to Top 25. The Big 10 tournament will come around, these young guys will just go out and play to have a good time (as opposed to living up to the pressure of a reputation!!) and we'll be the suprise team that sneaks in to the Elite 8. Let's see how I do!
The only good thing about football season ending is that we get to devote our energies to basketball! Yeah!! Go Bucks!!

Even if we don't crack the Top 25 again or get far in the tourney, next year is our year. Currently we have the #2 ranked recruiting class in the nation. With our top recruit, 7-footer B.J. Mullens coming in next year and Koufos staying for his sophomore season, our front line is going to be stacked. I can see Thad Matta playing both those guys at the same time.

Just got back from the game tonight. Sooo good. Refs sucked, but the crowd did a good job of supporting the guys when a bad call was made. Good God, Butler is amazing. GO BUCKS!!!
