Submit your work for the Wexner Center's annual Ohio Shorts showcase. The deadline for entries is Friday, March 23, 2012.
This annual competition is intended to provide Ohio's independent media artists a chance to show their work in a theatrical setting before an audience. Works to be included will be selected by a panel composed of Wexner Center staff and outside judges.
The 2012 Ohio Shorts screening takes place on Saturday, April 28, at 7 PM in the Wexner Center Film/Video Theater. Each person whose work is selected for the showcase will receive two complimentary tickets for the screening.

For Artists Ages 18 and Under
Don’t just sit there, make something: animations, dramas, infomercials, remix/mash-ups, documentaries, mock-u-mentaries, PSAs, you name it.
Get your best efforts ready to submit for our annual showcase of Ohio-made shorts (10 mins. or less in length). Our jurors award first, second, and third prizes, and viewers select the winner of our Audience Choice award at the screening in April. Don’t worry if your piece is not totally polished; we welcome rough cuts.
If you have any questions or want to run your ideas past us, email Jean Pitman (educator for youth programs) at jpitman@wexarts.org or give her a call at or (614) 292-4614.
