We have never lived in Big Walnut school District. in 2005, we had someone else do our taxes and they put in the wrong school code and we were erroneously charged those taxes. after several calls and letters, it was straightened out.
the past two years, they have taken money from our taxes for Big Walnut schools. we have NEVER lived there. last year we sent in articles from the auditors website showing we don't live there. we sent letters. they kept saying "check back in a month" and so it was never resolved. this year, we were charged again! when i called, they said it's assigned to an agent and to leave a message. so i did.
does anyone have any experience with the tax folks? is there anything i can do? honestly, i'm afraid of them. i have no reason to be, but i am. what can i do?
