It's that time of year AGAIN! Probably the best people one of the best People Watching experiences in C-bus.
This weekend OHAYOCON 2010 at the Hyatt Convention Center. You only need a pass for panels and dealers room. You can even watch from afar at North Market because they sell Pocky there......

Oh, Ohayocon ... never been to either Ohayocon or MARCon. Both are on my list of things to do someday. Right now, I'm more into the Origins/GenCon/AnCon/Con on the Cob scene, but I've been catching up on some anime series that had eluded me for a while now, too.
You're still never going to see me dressed up like Princess Peach, though.

HAHA that is from Silent hill and not as Nasty or Scary as the girl who had a Latex painted costume for 2 days she could not eat or use the bathroom. I don't know how they can do that to themselves. I never try to dress up as anything that I couldn't wear normally so I opt out for the Punk Rock Chick from the manga Nana

That is my favorite costume ever. Mainly from the thoughts of peeling the latex off her. Then, of course, waiting while she runs to the bathroom.

I think Saturday is the best day since it's the only Full day, you can see people at Noth Market or just walk into the hyatt, convention center there are always tons of people hanging out in the bar area and where the glass elevators are

I am at the Ohio Tax Conference over in the convention center and I was wondering what all the people in costume were doing. The tax accountants and attorneys are as conservative as you can get. Seeing their reactions at the costumers is priceless.

I may have to go to this tomorrow. It's mostly a matter of deciding what to wear. I have a great corset but need to justify binding myself into it without an identifiable character.

Sounds like a star fleet uniform would be a happy medium between the two. If only you knew where to get one....
