Alternatives to improve Rt. 33 intersections studied

The Ohio Department of Transportation lacks the money to rebuild congested Rt. 33 properly, so officials are considering alternative changes at two highway intersections in Fairfield County to improve traffic flow and safety.
During the past decade, the agency has replaced some traffic lights and intersections with interchanges and overpasses to transform the four-lane road into a limited-access highway between Franklin County and southern Fairfield County.
