My Uncle forwarded it to me - I'm not sure of his current political position, but I know he is a staunch republican, but regrets voting for Bush.
I have quite a few thoughts, but I'd like those from others first.

Definitely Cake. Same meter and silly, pretentious lyrics as "Short Skirt, Long Jacket" The song is "Comfort Eagle" from album of the same name. I like some old Cake songs, but I read an interview with their frontman where he insulted his own fans, saying something to the effect of "98% of our fans don't get us". Pure arrogant tripe. They don't seem that complicated to me, anyway.
Anyone else read some of the comments on the YouTube Video? Or the website they are directing viewers to visit? (http://obamamessiah.blogspot.com/) Some scary shit!
