Dan the Butcher from That Food Truck will be teaching a second pig butchering class at the Food Fort on Wednesday November 21st from 6 to 7:30 pm. There are (now) 4 spots left in the class.

to reserve your place in the class, make payment arrangements and get additional details. Class includes demonstration of whole pig breakdown into different cuts, how to use the entire pig so there is zero waste. Students can ask questions during and after class. Everyone leaves with a signature Tomahawk pork chop and a small composed plate. A light snack and tour of the Food Fort are included with the class. All for 50 bucks.
