Rigsby's New Bar menu
-which includes 3 SMALL PLATES FROM $10From? what does 'from' mean?
All that tells me is the small plates cost $10 or more. Could be $20 for the mac n' cheese.
It's like looking in the DVD bin; "Titles from $4.99"
All the DVDs I like are $20, but no, the sign is correct, here is a 'Making of Krull' DVD for 4.99(sorry, pet peeve)
