We're not steaming anything. However I did have a roast beef melt in mind. I really want Zach to make a bagel with fresh roasted garlic baked in.
My current favorite is the BIG ITALIAN. HUGE BAGEL with Peppadews baked in topped with garlic, italian herbs, red pepper flaked and aged provolone. HOLY DELICIOUSNESS. I tried one at home when Zach wasn't around and almost started crying.
