They damn well better have lox or I'll have a conniption fit. This is the one place where I will not put environmental concerns over my own pleasure. Smoked salmon is my heroin. If you want to see me go into full on irrecoverable bliss: lox topped with egg salad! Seriously good.

Boiled then baked. I will be making some tasty cream cheese blends.
If all goes well we should have soups a few weeks after opening followed by a menu of hot deli sandwiches served up on the Captain's bagels.
