The businesses have been closing along that strip for the last two years.
Then the restaurants.
Chipotle, First Watch, the steak house and High Beck have almost a cult following.
The rest is becoming a ghost town. The first two get business from the courts. Grange insurance now has places to eat inhouse. The new Krogers pulls in the people from the area Gobblers is one block to far on a dying strip.
That area just isn't the pull it used to be since the arena district opened. Even Henkes closed. I live about 6 blocks away and I don't even head up there.
Sorry Gobblers, but I think your location is a Turkey.
