Anyone have any idea what the ugly boarded up 2 story apartments are being replaced with? I've been complaining about them in their boarded up state for two years now.

If it's the corner I'm thinking of, Columbusite mentioned recently that the apartment building owners across the streets are adding another building. I'm not sure what the specs are like though.
