I found this site. It has some renderings of the proposed medical building at Grandview Yard..also a rendering of what looks to be some future apartments at Grandview Yard.

ah, so this is why my Google Analytics said I had a referral from Columbus Underground.
Not sure what info I can give out about the project shown to the north of the apartments. I'll just say that I worked on that in January of 2012 and that it was put on hold as far as I know.
