Barrister's Hall becoming the strip club rumor come to life?

I can finally live out my fantasy of being a strip club DJ..."Let's put's your hands together for Cannndddyyy on the center stage."

Ehhh I love how the logo looks so similar to Frank Miller's Sin City.

umm you people need to get your facts straight. Sin City is NOT a strip club, it's the old Krome/Farenheit. I'm amazed at the lack of knowledge on this site.

1. There was a rumor floating around that Barrister Hall was going to turn into a strip club.
2. This flyer and website makes it look like it would be a strip club.
3. Neither this flyer nor the website (unless it was updated) say anything about the location of this venue.
Knowledge isn't something that magically appears. If people are only given half the story, all they can do is guess at the rest.
If you have some knowledge on this, share it, but don't act all uppity because you've got the inside scoop and everyone else is retarded simply because they weren't told the same thing that you were told.
Anyway, I wasn't too excited about the whole rumor of Barrister becoming a Strip Club, but now I'm even less excited that this is actually just a revamp of Farenheit, which was a revamp of Krome. I mean, I hope it does well and all, but I think most people will remain skeptical until proven otherwise.

I'm rather disappointed at the amount of flyers that have always gone around on the nightclub scene that assume everyone knows where everything is, too. The lack of addresses isn't unique to this flyer, unfortunately. Don't know where the trend came from, but I sort of consider that critical, need-to-know information. :?

No freakin kidding...Nice promotion of a lame idea for a lame space.
Marketing Plan:
Try to piss off everyone we possibly can BEFORE opening....
Are you available for consulting on a new product launch for me?!?!

Some people just don't have it and will never get it.

In their defense... it sounds like this flyer is just a teaser, which TONS of companies use to get people talking (as we are doing here) before revealing all of the details. It's usually a smart move because if you reveal the details too soon, people will have forgotten them before the product is ready for launch.
I was just annoyed at "derrekd" for stating there is a lack of knowledge on this site because the fact that we took this flyer at face value and didn't know the super-secret information that he knew.
If I whisper something to ndcent and not to derrekd, I guess that means I can say that derrekd lacks knowledge because he doesn't know about the secret that me & ndcent do.

Sin City is at the location of the old Chrome. Not barrister hall. and it is not a strip club.
nuf said.

When does it open? :D
Posted 6 years ago # -
Where was Chrome? (An intersection please)
Posted 6 years ago # -
It was on Spring St... a few blocks east of High. Around 5th, I think.
Posted 6 years ago # -
And was it officially supposed to be spelled with a K or Ch?

1. Sin City Girls
2. "Where Fantasies Come to Life"-website
3. "Grown and Sexy Entertainment"-website...and just plain strange
With all the other vagueries, combined with these 3 things I can't POSSIBLY imagine how I'd come to think this is a strip club...
and I'd also love to have the all-knowing derek fill us in on what the hell kind of tagline "grown and sexy entertainment" is...
