To anyone who cares:
My new record will be coming out in May 1st, 2009. I will be having the Album Release Party at Skullys..
Some songs on the record so far will be:
No Texting on the Dance Floor! (This will be the first single, released in February).
Love Is a Form of Mental Illness
Cocaine!
Does Your Laptop Really Need Its Own Table?
Jesus Looked Like a Movie Star
Trip the Light Fantastic
Personal Space (No Concept Of)
Party Bus!
Wesley Snipes
The songs were written and performed by myself.
They were recorded, produced, and engineered by myself and Bryan Moss.
The record may or may not be called "Closer to Being Far Away" or "Trip the Light Fantastic".
The record will have ten songs. You will be able to dance to every one of them. I listened to lots of Pet Shop Boys, Giorgio Moroder, and Justin Timberlake/Timbaland when recording them. They are all fun to dance to. I've been testing them.
Well, there you have it, if it interests you!
You can hear songs from my 2007 record Solitaire on my Myspace page.
Can't promise you'll like them though.
Uh...well yeah there ya go.

Marvin the Robot is a regular member of my live band, so yes, he will be playing keyboards with me at this show.
We are also going to have a female backing singer, and some flamboyant theatrics, and hopefully some cool video stuff and perhaps live percussion to augment the sequenced percussion.
I should note as well...the songs on this album are quite different in both feel and tone than the songs on my last album. They are also shorter and much poppier.
On a side note, Marvin the Robot and I will be covering 80s Power Ballads at the treehouse for a charity show on Saturday December 20th. Should be fun!

There will always be haters. In fact, I would draw correlation between the volume of h8 and your success. No such thing as bad press right? If the donewaiting crowd doesn't like you, take that as a compliment. In my experience, you will get a much different vibe on this message board. I appreciate the kind words sir, thank you! And yes, I do take the fact that the DW crowd doesn't like me as a major compliment, and yes, this message board is very reasonable, mature, and level headed, which is why I like it so much.
With regards to Skully, we made up in the usual fashion.
I just wanted to let folks know what I have been working on..what I do isn't for everyone, but there are those who enjoy it. .I am very excited about this album. I put a lot of hard work into it and I think its an improvement over my previous one.
