Okay, so we just got Netflix like a month ago and are sort of loving it. We don't have cable so we thought we would rather choose to watch something good every night than end up watching crap.
At first we did the two at a time. It was always prompt, we would get a new movie the day after we dropped on in the mail. So when the "special offer" to upgrade to the three at a time popped up, we took it but since then the shipping sucks. Like I sent stuff off on Friday and still haven't received new movies. Is this the holiday shipping season, or do they give priority to new customers so they'll upgrade and then suck.
