Extreme example against-neutrality argument:
Columbus Underground, as a service provider, would have to guarantee access possibly to spammers, or even hackers, under neutrality legislation, and we don't want that. And the internet isn't inherently all that fair as it is, and we need to be able to disallow this sort of thing.
Extreme example for-neutrality argument:
Time Warner would possibly be able to charge you $5/mo more for priority access to Columbus Underground, or access at all, without legislation, and we don't want that. And the internet isn't inherently all that fair as it is, so we need to be able to allow this sort of thing.
Extremely neutral:
