I have a very small room and two adjoining closets that I need carpeted soon ( ~ 180sq ft). I have the padding and the carpet, just not the tools nor the know-how. If anyone has any recommendations etc on here, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Try American Home Carpet. We use them for clients and for our own personal homes, but I'm not 100% that they will only install. Worth a phone call because they do great job.
