Are you a woman who needs support in your hunt for employment? The truth is, most people do in today’s changing economy. New Directions Career Center, a non-profit organization serving Central Ohio for over 30 years, specializes in empowering women to achieve and maintain economic self-sufficiency. Our caring, career development experts understand the special issues faced by woman who are entering – or re-entering - the workforce.
New Directions (ND) is a 21 day program designed exclusively for women. Running weekdays, November 13 – December 14 from 9:00am – 3:00pm, this program serves as a catalyst for change, empowering participants to examine who they are and where they would like to go – both personally and professionally. The sessions, taught by educators, employers, health care professionals, and career development experts, provide clients with the tools they need to create a professional development plan. Placement Services – including employment connections - are available to all program graduates.
