is this done by the city? or just some great web developers? either way NBA please come.
Pretty sure it's just a group of local guys. Site looks really great for being so simple. ;)
Very nice, well-done site. ;-)
Still don't see it happening here, though for reasons covered elsewhere. A Columbus-based NBA team would cut too deeply into the Cavs/Dan Gilbert's market. It's the same reason why, with the Blue Jackets in Columbus, we won't soon see an NHL team in Cleveland or Cincinnati.
Won't happen as long as the Cavs are in Cleveland (they're not going anywhere). Also, the NBA isn't going to expand and add more teams with how poorly the last few expansion franchises have fared. The league is too big as it is.
The only team that would have a prayer relocating to the midwest would be the Milwaukee Bucks, but they're likely not moving. Bottom line, the NBA isn't going to let two teams in small-market Ohio cannibalize each other.
The website has already almost 4,000 likes. not bad.

The city needs to express interest in holding a NBA exhibition game at Nationwide. The Pacers vs Cleveland or even the Kings.(Any team really) The point here would be to draw more interest from the community and make it known that Columbus really wants a NBA team. Like many things Columbus is interested in, I feel like this idea will die off and many will forget, unless something like this happens. Opinions?

I believe the city has hosted cavs exhibition games at the Schott (when Lebron was on the team I think). Surprised that Nationwide hasn't hosted one.
