I am a first time home buyer and was looking at craigslist houses just to get an idea of what is out there. I came across Tracey Harston with exit trinity at almost every house I clicked on, so I decided to give her a call and meet with her. We hit it off over the phone and I thought she will be perfect to move forward with. I was pre-approved for almost $200,000 on my own and have a huge chunk of cash for downpayment, I don't have a lease and I am ready to buy. Tracey was first off about 20mins late to the appointment, second her fiance Jon was there, she does not do business at all without him. About halfway into our discussion about what types of house etc I would like she starts asking me about a boyfriend. I replied, "I don't have on." A little while later she asked again, finally I stated that I swung the other direction. She was like "oh" I have gay friends too. After that I begged and pleaded for about three weeks to see a house any house off of my list. Nothing, she was never able to show me any. I started getting angry since I was unable to view any houses and voiced some complaints. After that another agent called me and stated that she would be available to show me the houses I wanted to see and that from here on out I could just call her. When I asked her if I had been dumped by my realtor she really could not dispute it but promised she does not do business in that way.

Way to go screwing sellers out of an opportunity to sell (in a soft market) to a buyer! Turning away a qualified buyer in this market is utterly insane. IMHO any business person who wants to put their own ideology ahead of the interest of their clients is very foolish and anyone who would use these people to represent them selling their house is even more foolish.

Looks like RE/MAX has picked up the problem child in the meantime.

The realtor I had happens to actually *be* gay. So, if anyone is interested in him - he was awesome -

good god that website is heinous. and the "......" everywhere on it, vomit.
exit trinity is a hilarious brokerage, classic pyramid scheme/MLM - i swear it's like they also sell xango.

Hey every time I try to go to Exit Trinity's website I get redirected here- http://www.godhatesfags.com/
I guess pyramid scheming/MLM'ing and vicious homophobia make for quite a business model?
