I was just reading about this new brewpub in Reynoldsburg. I'm always happy to see more locally brewed beer. Here's their website:

Has anyone been?

Have not been but I will after looking at that site.
Maybe this is why they were seeking applicants for "Mulholland Girls" around OSU last summer.
The owners are "old" friends of mine. I would only go there to take a shit in the urinals and dine and dash. Because thats exactly how they treat people themselves. I have very low expectations for the life expectantcy of this establishment.
Since it's close to work and I like beer, I'll give it a shot.

while you're there, maybe you could poop in the urinals and save Core a trip?
Don't waste your time. The food is abysmal, their beer is subpar, and I was only happy that they had Arrogant Bastard on draft. I am definitely a beer aficionado and this place is close to my house so I had high hopes. I guess it should have tipped me off when the bartender could not answer simple questions about the beer. Oh well....
Edited for embarassing spelling error.

You can list them like the symptoms of a troubling health condition. But instead of sneezing, coughing and a runny nose, they are Chipotle, O'Charley's and Smokey Bones. They are the corporate, the heavily organized, the lightly satisfying. They are the loud signposts along American roads that signify the loss of local voices.
Twenty minutes from Downtown, on an East Side strip extremely thick with these franchised establishments, lies an independent upstart fighting the good fight  and making its own beer.
Mulholland Brewing Company has been piling up plates and pouring out pints since last November. Situated out in Reynoldsburg, Mulholland is bravely making a go of it against all that profuse and fierce competition with instant name recognition.
Oops...forgot I checked this place out maybe a month ago.
It's a strange place, the exterior of the building seemed Wonka-esque (I've been waiting to use that!)
The beers weren't all that unique. I didn't really care for their own beers, but they did have Bells Hopslam on tap! The bartender admited he didn't even like beer and didn't know much about them. I found myself wondering why he was hired?
We just had appetizers - their version of fancied up kettle chips were REALLY good and I got a cup of beef chili that had big slices of steak - also very good.
I'd go back if I was in the area and had to choose between TGI Fridays and that, maybe.
