Looking for an apartment is hard, especially in the Hilliard area. We want to stay here since it is a nice location in proximity to work, our babysitter, and our parents; but no apartments seem to suit us. Any ideas?

Downtown is booming, soon you too can live in a tiny studio for at least $800 a month!
Seriously, have you looked at foreclosures? Hilliard is not immune and you might find a steal.

We would love to buy a home, and there are PLENTY on the market in our neighborhood, but it just isn't in the cards right now. Lease is up in October and won't have a down payment for a house until tax time.

What kinda apartment are you looking for?

I rented a townhouse for a few years in the little complex right on Scioto Darby, where it meets Leppart Rd. It was nice - full basement,n attached garage, good management, reasonably priced.

What kind of apartment are you looking for? My brothers girlfriend just moved into arlington park which is the new edwards community at mill run. It seems very nice and the prices are reasonable especially for a brand new complex.
