Anyone on here know of a reputable bank with decent rates on getting a loan for a motorcycle or scooter? Interested in getting a bike but can't afford to pay for it up front and I am most likely buying off craigslist/used.

That's a tough one. Most lenders don't really offer a used motorcycle financing product. You may want to look into a personal loan from your local bank or credit union.
If your buying new, you'll have more options.
