i did a search but couldn't find any info on this....
could someone recommend a mortgage person? we want to refinance and want someone normal.

Jamie is great to work with. she was more patient than any mortgage person I've ever consulted with. She also got me a better rate and monthly payment on a 30 yr fixed than any other mortgage person I talked with.
and I'm not sure what you mean by normal, but she is very normal.
