The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission will be holding two public meetings to present the draft Upper Scioto Balanced Growth Plan. We have reached a critical point in the Balanced Growth Planning process for the Upper Scioto watershed and are excited to share the draft plan. There will be time set aside at the meeting to foster discussion between community members and answer questions and comments from attendees. Join us at one of our two public meetings next week and please invite others to attend as well.
