@thetourist and I were there -- we both got "vintage" pierogies - potato filled with caramelized onions, a pad of seasoned butter, & a dollop of sour cream. We were there early, and they were already out of their salad offering (sold the last one the order before us!), so I'm hoping they managed to have a good showing.
ETA: The pierogies were *perfect* - the dough was the correct thickness & texture, the potato filling was excellent, and they were pan fried to perfection. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other offerings.
They have plans to do sweet pierogies in the future... so keep your eyeballs peeled for that!
