Dang. I was hoping for an actual cassette. :(
Does anyone still have a tape deck connected to their primary home stereo? I just moved and I left my dual-deck component in a box in the basement because it would've just been a waste of space upstairs. Same with the VCR.
I can't even remember if the all-in-one systems you can get at Best Buy or Circuit City still come with tape decks. What would be the point?
I have a tape component Sony one.
I've used it once.
It sits in a box in the closet.
I do have a Tascam portastudio I enjoy though.
And I have a funkdoobiest casette in my Tahoe. lol.
We have a small older cassette/cd/radio combo in the kitchen, but I can't tell you the last time a cassette was played in it. It's mostly used for the radio (89.7).
I have a vcr in the living room which sits unplugged hidden in the floor behind the tv. I use it maybe once a year.
