Does anyone know anything about the transition time line for Mitchell's Steakhouse to become Ruth's Chris? I know that the business transaction has long since been completed, but what about the menu, nameplate, etc.

There was some hinting in this thread that the downtown Mitchell's location would not be changing into a Ruth Chris restaurant, just a change in the ownership. I'm not sure if the same is true for the north-side location.
