When it is fully ready to go, Middle West's new single-cask, small-batch, sippin' whiskey (derived purely from Ohio wheat), will fuel Jeni's upcoming Bakeshop Collection delight, Corn Syrup Custard with Whiskey & Pecans. What's the ice cream taste like? Well, it tastes like something Grandma made if said grandma liked to live it up not a little, but a whole hell of a lot.
