Yes, I am a fan of Michael Buble. He has a great voice and has a lot of energy. I think he is the Frank Sinatra of our generation.
He will be at Nationwide Arena on Wed, Jun 30th @ 8pm....Public onsale tics start on Fri, 2/5 frm $51.50 to $81.50.

That's great! We were just in NYC this past weekend. We did the NBC studio tour, and during that we saw him rehearsing on the SNL set. He sang a song to everyone on the tour - it was fun!

Don't get me wrong, the guy is good and I've listened to him for years, but his personality prevents me from every truly liking him (he's on par with John Mayer, only he's a little bit more self-obsessed). But, whatever, my fault for holding him to a higher standard, it's just disappointing.
Better jazz musicians, in my opinion, are Jamie Cullum and Jamie Lidell. I would travel overseas to see either one of them.

This concert was simply.....AMAZING!!! This will be in my top 3 for sure of my fav concerts that I have been to!!! Not only can the man sing his heart out, but he is a funny son of a gun. If he did the Funny Bone, he would be funny as heck. He did a little standup last night...lol. Also, you can tell he loves doing what he does because he kept the crowd very involved in the show with talking to us, picking people out of the crowd and making sure they get on camera and he even walked through the crowd and performed two songs on a platform that was set up for the people sitting in the back. Everyone got their moneys worth! The crowd was very diverse which was cool and it was pretty much sold out and there was no drama with the crowd that I could see!!!
The opening act was a band called Naturally 7 (http://www.naturallyseven.com/) and they were simply amazing. please check out their website because the are very good at what they do.

while it was great to see the AD humming along on a weeknight (Buble at Arena, Scorpions at LC, Clippers in the ballpark), the traffic was atrocious and it made 1/2 of our team late for kickball. one person never even made it.
i fully blame Buble for our loss. i hope a raptor descends on him and his house.

I wasn't sure what to expect and all and all I thought it was a pretty good show! My date was very excited and I know that she loved it. The turn out was very good. It filled nearly 3/4 + the floor of Nationwide--it must have been nearly sold out.
I agree that he is like the Frank Sinatra of our time and the show still had a very rock and roll atmosphere which I liked.
I thought their opener, Natural 7, was very entertaining. I'm not sure that their music is for me, but I enjoyed their performance and loved the sound they made.

Buble did a great job keeping the concert in a "Party" vibe. He had the great slow songs but picked it up with the fast up to beat songs and entertained the crowd very well. I loooooved it when he did "Twist n Shout" and got the beach balls into the crowd. so much fun. Naturally 7 amazed me with the sounds they made for the instruments they pretended to play with.
