Snarf, somer - have you feasted on the Los Jalapeños buffet? The website lists a weekly buffet 11-2, Monday-Sunday.
I may indulge Tuesday or Wednesday.
Get this. On their Specialty menu is this beast in a lava rock bowl:

DavidF and I checked it out last year. They discontinued the buffet a few days before we visited.
However, there seems to be a legitimate contender on the Westside, according to Miriam Bowers Abbott of The Other Paper.
La Plaza Tapatia has a daily, all you can eat buffet for $8.99/person! Tacos, burritos, taquitos, grilled chicken, savory stews, rice and beans, etc served all you can eat, Mexican-MCL style service.
La Plaza Tapatia, 4233 Shoppers Lane, is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (buffet offered from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays). 614-276-0333.
