Crafters Market and Bazaar October 8, 2011 This annual event features several artists and crafters in the Columbus area. During the event a silent auction is held to help raise funds for the Merion Village Association to help pay for annual costs to run our organization.
We are currently looking for donations for Silent Auction items for this event. Holiday Spirit Campaign Collections begin after Thanksgiving This annual event helps the Elementary School in our neighborhood by providing food certificates to needy families during the Christmas season. We collect money from companies and individuals then purchase gift cards at Kroger’s that can be used for food to help some of our neighborhood families “make it” through the holidays. These are just a few of the suggestions that we see as a perfect way to be involved in our neighborhood. Of course monetary donations or in-kind donations are greatly appreciated and volunteers can always be utilized. We have several needs for volunteers throughout the year including the Crafters Market and Bazaar.
