OK, time to play the fantasy game - you win tonight's MegaMillions for $212 million. What would you buy first??? I think I would snatch one of the great homes on the park for sale in German Village! There goes about $1.5 million...

The Castle in GV is the only way to go, plus I'd pay for a significant portion of the streetcar and name it after me.

I love columbus... but first thing I bought would more than likely not be here. I've got a house here already.

If things keep going the way they're going, I could buy myself a Big Three American car manufacturer for that before too long.

I would buy me a new car, perfect, shiny and new.
Then I would throw the dogs in the back and drive across country to pick out my perfect California bungalow in the redwoods. Maybe stop and pick out an adobe casasita in Santa Fe along the way.
I suppose I should keep a place around here for those required family visits, but y'all can have the castle. I want that house with the different colored stones on the front and the big tower overlooking the park. Darby can bark all day at the people walking by, and I'll just bribe the neighbors and cops to ignore him. `Cause I'm stinkin' rich now, and so's my dog.
Then comes the face lift...

I can honestly say I would give most of it away. Help my parents and sister out. There are a handful of places I would cut checks to. Keep enough for myself to live in relative comfort and live the way I want, without sacrificing for a job. More than likely I would just travel for a few years.

The dogs, cats and other animals of Central Ohio (and beyond) would be very happy with my win.

well, I've been wanting a new transmission for the sprite..
then I'd probably build a pole barn for my dad..
I'd probably buy my company out and make some investments in another company I know about..
oh, and I might get a small house/condo somewhere if i could get a good price..

I would pay off the houses and any other debt of my family members, give lots of money to the animal shelters and food banks, maybe start a scholarship fund or some kind of foundation, spruce up the homeless shelters and provide education and job training, and for myself I'd like to travel at will and maybe buy modest homes in a couple of the places I love best and also give my family the opportunity to do some things they'd never get to do otherwise. I think that would make me very happy.

I like that castle.....I would take my son to his top 3 places to visit, then I would send tickets for my entire family to join us somewhere.

I think I might also like to buy a small diner and try my hand at that.

I would build an amazing downtown public school ..... the real final piece of the puzzle to bring people downtown.
