I wish they didn't drop Civics from school curriculum. People don't know the difference between a capital and an operating budget and the fact that money in those accounts can't just be used for anything -- unlike people's personal bank accounts.

Therefore, they often build things but do not maintain them for lack of operating funds. Duh?

2-way traffic set for Downtown streets

The Columbus DispatchThe Main Street bridge and south 2nd Street will return to two-way traffic on Friday, after being restricted because of Downtown riverfront construction.

Any idea when the great new Rich Street bridge will be complete? The new bicentennial park and restaurant will have a great aesthetic with all the new Scioto Mile and hardscape improvements and river views going on -
