After cranking out 15 editions of their 3 original plays in 30 minute
late night series, 3in30, why did they decide to expand and dip back
into previous productions?
Chris Morris, creator and producer of 3in30 explains:
After three years and 15 productions of 3 in 30 (or 45 plays), we
decided the time was right to do a Greatest Hits type of show to give
audiences a chance to see old favorites or catch ones they missed
before. We selected a representative sample of ten plays and gave
people an opportunity to choose up to six that they liked. We posted
video clips of the ten plays, http://www.youtube.com/3in30, and people
voted online to give us the six we’re using.
It’s a good mix of plays spanning the years we’ve been doing 3 in 30.
Most of the original casts have been reconfigured for this production
and everyone is really excited to put it back up. Audiences will
enjoy it.
