Hey everyone,
We are hitting the road today for a few weeks out on tour! This
time it's just gonna be me on upright and Lydia on guitar. It's the
first time we'll have made it to the west coast, so it should be a blast.
Have fun, & hope to see you either June 10th at Rumba when we get back, or June 25 at Comfest!

This looks like a fun whirlwind of a tour! Not much rest, but a lot of sights to see and people to meet. We used to have a Bombay Bicycle Club in Columbus like the one in Iowa. I hope you post some pics during the tour of BBC, and whatever you come across.
I can wholeheartedly say that your Comfest performance will be a labor of love, like it is for so many other musicians that play at Goodale Park. You are performing in NC and essentially taking the Red Ball Express back here to play for us. You and LL rock!
Look forward to seeing you on the 10th or the 25th if I get the time off. Enjoy your tour!

Hey, thanks for the interest! The tour is going well, just killing time in a hotel room right now 3 hours east of Portland. Bombay Bicycle club was a blast & the food was hilarious. Deep fried pickles, twinkies, and pizza!
For what it's worth, here's a review of the first night of the tour in Minneapolis. (nice backhanded complement about the bass player, lol)

Hope to see some of you at Rumba when we get back! We added two more dates to the tour, a Daytrotter thing on June 8, and Bloomington Indiana on the 9th. Whew.
